Had some plants come dead . put the order in July 25th didnt get dropped off at a ups location til 30th sat at the drop off location til August 4th which was the delivery date .when i finally received the package friday August 9th the plants were in sandwich bags no water or anything keeping them hydrated. Contacted the seller told me to just throw the dead plant in my tank and wait a month then reach out. I paid extra to get expidited delivery this whole experience was awful will not purchse again
