Ludwigia inclinata var. verticillata ‘Curly’
An eye-catching aquarium stem plant with narrow, twisted leaves that create a distinctive corkscrew appearance. Its submerged foliage can develop beautiful orange, bronze, and reddish tones under strong lighting and consistent fertilization. Plant it in the midground or background to add color and unusual texture to your aquascape. Best suited to established planted tanks with injected CO₂.

Care instructions
- Lighting: High light for healthy, compact growth and stronger coloration.
- CO₂: Injection is strongly recommended for reliable growth.
- Temperature: Ideally 75–82°F (24–28°C).
- Water: Prefers soft water and acidic to neutral conditions; pH 6–7 is a practical target.
- Fertilizer: Provide a complete aquarium fertilizer with both macronutrients and trace elements. Nutrient-rich substrate is helpful.
- Planting: Remove weights, bands, or growing media. Plant stems individually, leaving space between them so light reaches the lower leaves.
- Trimming and propagation: Trim tall stems and replant healthy tops. Regular pruning encourages a fuller group.
