The seller threw in extras for some of the plants that seemed smaller or more fragile than they would like. They also timed shipping out carefully as I ordered around the winter holidays and they did their best to ensure that I got my plants healthy. I let them know that the package was still delayed though, and they made sure to follow up on whether all of the plants made it to me alive. I appreciate the extra care they put into their customer service!
