Java Fern Windelov, Microsorum Pteropus
Common Name: Microsorum Pteropus, Java Fern Windelov
A well-known variation of the Java Fern developed by Tropica is the Java Fern Windelov. They may thrive in a variety of water parameters and low light levels. When the leaves are fully grown, the end of each one is divided into three tiny leaves, giving the plant a lovely bushy appearance. Java fern species can be glued or threaded onto rocks, driftwood, or any other aquarium décor. Rhizomes must remain above your substrate for the plant to avoid rotting. Rhizomes can be easily propagated by cutting or pulling them apart to be replanted.
