Cryptocoryne Lucens
Name Common: Crypt Lucens
A less frequent kind of crypt called crypt lucens makes a great foreground or midground plant. When grown in big groupings, the thin, brilliant green leaves with brown stems might resemble towering reeds of dense grass. Due to its low maintenance needs and ease of maintenance, this plant is recommended for beginners just like other crypts. The plant may feed through the roots and grow swiftly if it is cultivated in a quality aquarium substrate, such as Controsoil, without the need for excessive light, CO2, or fertilizer dosing.
Both submerged and emersed crypts can grow. Split the rhizome or remove new growth before replanting to propagate.
